The internet became publically available in 1991. Since then it has taken the world by storm, affecting our everyday life, creating millions of new jobs and changing business sectors in the process. But this is just the beginning. Trends like Internet of Things, cloud computing, augmented and virtual reality, blockchain, 3D printing, mobile applications and many more are disrupting entire industries and shaping a new tomorrow. With all these dynamic technologies it is impossible to predict the future – but what we are doing today will be what will happen tomorrow. So let’s learn to live with the Next Generation Internet by shaping it together.
As a part of Internet Week Denmark, it-forum proudly presents Next Generation Internet, which is a 1 day 4 track conference addressing 3 main trends: IoT Security, LoRaWAN and Machine Learning. These are workshop tracks meaning you get to work on a concrete challenge addressing the theme of the track. The fourth track is a Digitalisation Trend Track which will be a series of presentations about subjects relevant for everybody interested in the latest trends within IoT and Next Generation Internet.
The conference will take place at Dokk1 in Aarhus, Denmark on the 3rd of May 2018. Get more information (and your ticket) at www.nextgenerationinternet.dk.
